More Than a Travel Agency. We’re Travelers, Too.
MEP Vacations is a woman-owned travel agency built around a simple idea: Travel planning should feel personal.
We believe your travel advisor should know more than your confirmation number. We want to know the places you've loved, the trips that are still on your list, whether you'd rather explore a historic city or spend the day at the beach — and even whether you'd prefer a packed itinerary or absolutely nothing on the schedule. Because the better we know you, the better we can help you travel!
The MEP Vacations Story
MEP Vacations officially began in 2019, but the story started before that in Los Cabos, Mexico.
Kim England and Michelle Malliet (pictured, at Maine’s famous Nubble Lighthouse) met at a travel industry convention and quickly discovered they had a lot in common — especially in the way they wanted to care for their clients.
They started collaborating, sharing ideas, and helping one another with their individual travel businesses. Eventually, they came to a pretty simple conclusion: They worked better together.
Michelle and Kim combined their businesses to create Malliet England Partners — MEP Vacations.
Since then, MEP has continued growing while staying true to the philosophy that brought the partnership together in the first place: provide personal service, keep learning, travel whenever possible, and take great care of the people who trust us with their vacations.
Meet Our Co-Founders
Michelle is happiest when travel combines a sense of discovery with a little time near the water. The Caribbean is always a favorite, but Europe continues to pull her back with its incredible history, culture, architecture, and the thrill of standing in places she once only read about. Iceland is another standout, with its dramatic scenery and experiences that feel completely unlike anywhere else.
For Michelle, the best trips are the ones that make the world feel bigger — new places, new stories, and always something unexpected around the next corner.
Kim’s travels have taken her from Alaska and Iceland to Croatia and Uganda, and each destination has left its mark in a different way. Alaska is one of those places she could return to again and again, Croatia won her over with its stunning scenery and coastal beauty, and Iceland continues to amaze with its otherworldly landscapes. Uganda brought an entirely different kind of adventure and remains one of her most memorable travel experiences.
Kim especially loves the moments you can’t always plan for — the hidden places, unexpected discoveries, and unforgettable experiences that turn a great vacation into a story you’ll be telling for years.

We travel. A lot. Our team has firsthand experience throughout the United States, Caribbean, Mexico, Europe, Central and South America, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
We've cruised, stayed at resorts, explored cities, joined tours, inspected ships, attended industry trainings, and continued building relationships throughout the travel industry.
